Business Analyst

Business Analyst | Dublin | Hybrid | Permanent

Hiring on behalf of a leading professional services firm in Dublin, seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery, enhancement, and governance of Microsoft-based solutions across automation, analytics, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into actionable solutions across the M365 and Power Platform ecosystem
• Manage and coordinate a pipeline of automation, workflow, low-code, and AI-enabled initiatives
• Lead workshops and user interviews to assess requirements, identify challenges, and map existing workflows
• Produce functional design documentation for proposed solutions
• Use Microsoft low-code/no-code tools to develop proof of concept and prototype solutions
• Support testing, release, and change management activities throughout delivery
• Lead project delivery including scope definition, timelines, risk management, and status reporting
• Stay current on the M365 roadmap and emerging Modern Workplace technologies

Requirements

• 3–5 years' Business Analysis experience
• Strong hands-on knowledge of M365, Power Platform, PowerApps, and Copilot for M365
• Solid understanding of low-code design patterns and Microsoft Cloud technologies
• Strong process analysis and requirements gathering skills
• Familiarity with Agile, product lifecycle management, and backlog management
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels
